Princess Ann Composition Doll 1930s-1940s, White Dress This Princess Ann composition doll is from the 1930s or 1940s. She is 6.5 inches tall, and she is similar in size and type to the Storybook Dolls. Her original golden blonde mohair wig is full and nicer than most of these dolls. She has painted side-glancing brown eyes and rosy cheek coloring though the paint is uneven. She is embossed with Princess Ann lettering on her back. Her arms move, but her legs an head do not move. She is wearing her original off white, lace trimmed taffeta dress with an attached petticoat and pantaloons which were all stapled on her at the factory. Her black shoes are painted on. She does not have noticeable crazing, though some of the black paint on her shoes has rubbed off and there's slight an uneven spot on one of her cheeks.
