Sparky comes with 4 additional campaign garments including a yellow hat to help woo the labor vote, a white with tan striped trim puppy covering, a red with black dots coat, and a red plaid coat. These coordinate with the outfits of the Ginny for President dolls and were only available at special Ginny events. He comes with a card sized certificate signed by Linda K. Smith, President of Vogue Dolls and Campaign Manager.
