Effanbee Blonde Purely Patsyette Doll 2003 Effanbee vinyl 2003 Purely Patsyette blonde doll, No. PY0301 is from 2003, is a Robert Tonner design. 8.5 inch Purely Patsyette doll has short pale blonde rooted hair, painted blue side-glancing eyes, and a sweet wistful face. She comes with a plastic stand and gold heart chain. She is dressed in only a white bodysuit, white chemise, and black leatherette-type shoes with socks. Separate outfits are available. The earlier 2003 and 2004 Patsyette dolls, like this one, are about an inch smaller and more slender than the later Patsyette dolls with moving eyes were. New, mint-in-the box condition.

She is slightly taller than the Patsyette dolls with painted eyes. She is dressed in blue floral print pajamas, a blue floral chenille robe with pockets and embroidered purple and teal flowers, teal slippers. She comes with a golden heart bracelet. This is a limited edition Robert Tonner designed doll and outfit. New, Mint-in-the-Box.

Effanbee Springtime Patsyette Doll, 2008 Tonner Effanbee 2008 9 inch hard plastic Springtime Patsyette doll has brown hair with bangs and painted side-glancing blue eyes. She was originally sculpted by the renowned artist Bernard Lipfert in 1931 as Patsy's little sister. She has a pensive, expressive face. Robert Tonner has resculpted her to allow for rooted saran hair. She is a strung doll with a moving neck, arms, and legs. She is wearing a yellow floral cotton dress with a front pleat and blue ribbon and rick-rack trim; includes white panties, white knit socks, blue leather-like Mary Jane shoes, and matching blue hair ribbon. Limited edition of 500. New and mint-in-the-box. Doll is plump bodied and heavily made.
