2008 Tonner Tan and White talking chenille Mimzy bunny plush is approximately 14 inches tall from ear to toe as the life-size one in the movie; and is an authorized replica of the The Last Mimzy film's Mimzy is made of soft chenille, and it is intended for the collector or older child, as this should be handled gently. In 2008 these rabbits came in cellophane bags and did not have boxes as earlier rabbits did. This is a huggable talking version of the Mimzy bunny. It has a patch on its ankle to show where to press for sound. This is an excellent replica of the film's Mimzy rabbit, down to the electronic Mimzy sounds it makes when a spot above one foot is squeezed. Its sounds are just like the Mimzy in the Disney-produced movie. The Last Mimzy movie tells the story of two children who discover a mysterious box that contains some strange devices they think are toys. As the children play with these 'toys,' they begin to display higher and higher intelligence levels. Everyone realizes that they are involved in something incredible…but exactly what? Mimzy was the beat-up rabbit in the movie that taught the girl, Emma, amazing things.It is soft and cuddly. This is part of the latest edition, which looks like earlier versions, but it does not have a box as the 2007 version did. It does have a certificate. Limited edition of 2000 exclusive to New Line Cinema Shop in 2008. These are like the 2007 New Line rabbits, except they do not have boxes and their certificates are dated 2008.
