failure on 03/30, so it is a stressful time when the owner has health issues that make working in extreme heat in exceess of 100 degrees very challenging. Your orders are being filled if possible, just slower. We are hopeful you are healthy and well.
We generally use the USPS with Endicia insurance on orders over $50 or orders not through USPS Priority mail. FedEx and UPS simply became too expensive.
For payment we take PayPal, money orders, and personal checks. Allow time for checks and money orders to clear. You may use your VISA, MC, Discover, and American Express credit cards through PayPal. International orders, please wait for shipping to be added before paying, as it varies too widely for charts.

It normally takes 2-5 days for an order to ship after it is placed and payment clears; sometimes longer if the weather here is bad, though most orders get filled much faster after they are paid. There is additional travel time to you.. Standard shipping for packages most likely will mean sending packages USPS 1st Class if 15 oz or under, Priority if 15 oz to not over 3 pounds, and USPS Parcel Select within the mainland USA. FedEx Ground/Home Delivery may be chosen in the rare case that it is more economical, but in 2015 rates rose so sharply for home delivery, rural area additions, to the East Coast, and dimensional that it is no longer a viable choice, but may be offered on request. Wait for a quote for PayPal. It is best for packages to Hawaii and Alaska to go at least by USPS Priority Mail, though 1st Class Mail will work for small packages 13 ounces and under. We do send them Parcel Select, but this can be quite slow. We use Endicia, InsurePost, or ShipSurance shipping insurance for most USPS packages over $50.00. Packages totaling up to $50.00 that go by USPS Priority mail are automatically insured by the post office. We usually adjust shipping prices downward before the final charge for customers living closer to Calif. and items that are smaller and lighter than the usual package on our rate chart, and anything that can go by insured 1st Class Package shipping. We are also happy to adjust shipping for PayPal customers before payment is sent. Note: USPS rates are rising in mid Jan., 2020. FedEx and UPS rates have already risen.
If a package is international, Priority Express Mail International takes a week and can be tracked, but it i not worth it if Customs in either country holds it, Priority International Mail takes 2-3 weeks and can also be tracked with the exception of small flat rate boxes and merchandise in envelopes. 1st Class Package International mail can be used for smaller international packages weighing under 4 pounds and take 4-8 weeks. These cannot be tracked, but there is delivery confirmation on packages to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and some West European countries. Insurance claims cannot be filed until 45 days have passed or 60 days for Italy.
