Vogue Miss 1930s I Ginny Century Doll 1999 1999 Vogue Century Collection Miss 1930s, 1st edition Ginny, pretty 8 inch hard vinyl modern Ginny doll with her blonde hair styled in ringlets and blue moving eyes. Her short pink dress has a blue bow, and it is in a popular 1930s style with a pleated skirt. It is similar to the costume that Shirley Temple wore in the movie, Curly Locks, and pink center-snap shoes. She was not intended to represent the child actress that she so greatly resembles. She comes with a plastic stand that says 'Ginny' and a doll-sized comb and brush. These dolls were only available a short time in a limited supply. Vogue Doll Company found a very few of these dolls buried in the warehouse. This retired doll is new and mint-in-the-box. Because of their scarcity, these previously sold considerably higher on Ebay.

This well-made doll outfit was inspired by the costume Shirley wore in this movie, and is in mint condition in original box, copyrighted in 1991 by 20th Century Fox Corp., and approved by Shirley Temple Black. Outfit has excellent quality. The dresses, hats, shoes, blouses, jackets, and socks fit the Ideal 1972-73 16 inch Shirley Temple dolls, but the pants of this and other outfits in this series are too snug on them. There are many other outfits in this collection. Pre-owned by private collector but outfit appears to be unused and in crisp, new condition.

Shirley Temple Stowaway Chinese Doll Outfit 1991 Stowaway Chinese costume for Danbury Mint 15 inch vinyl dress-up Shirley Temple doll. This is the Chinese costume Shirley was wearing a the beginning of the movie. In it she played Barbara Stewart, an orphaned daughter of missionaries to China, who was known as little 'Ching Ching' who escaped aboard a steamer heading for America via Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Singapore. After her trials and adventures along the way, she eventually would find a loving home. This doll costume contains a red silk-like blouse with high collar and rolled sleeves with blue cuffs over gold pants with blue floral appliqué cuffs, and blue silk-like slippers with red lining, certificate, stand, and certificate. Pants in this outfit are too snug on the 16 inch Ideal Shirley Temple doll from 1972-73. Copyrighted in 1991 by 20th Century Fox Corp, and pproved by Shirley Temple Black. Outfit show high quality. Classic Shirley Temple Paper Dolls in Full Color, Dover Classic Shirley Temple Paper Dolls in Full Color booklet is edited by Grayce Piemontesi and published in 1986 by Dover Publications. This is a compilation of the paper dolls originally published by Saalfield Publishing Co. in 1935-1936. It contains 16 pages of paper dolls and outfits. The outfits are from the 1930s era and do not seem to represent the movies. There are three paper dolls with curly blonde hair and brownish or hazel eyes. The largest paper doll is almost 21 inches tall and covers 2 pages. The 10.25 inch paper doll is two-sided with front and back view with two-sided outfits. The smallest is slightly under 6 inches in size. There's a total of 18 color 1930s styled outfits for a Shirley that is approximately 6 years old. There's 5 large paper doll outfits, 10 two-sided outfit, and 3 small paper doll outfits. These paper dolls are on heavy paper and need to be cut out.
