Be sure to allow time for payment to clear and shipping package to you if purchases are for a special occasion. We need reasonable time to fill and process orders, usually within 2-3 days after receiving cleared payment. Standard shipping varies between insured U.S.P.S. Parcel Post, insured First Class Mail for items 13 ounces or smaller, and FedEx Ground; occasionally it may be insured Priority Mail if the item is light enough and going to an area near enough to fall within the amount collected. Express Mail takes 1 to 2 business days to get to its destination after item is shipped. Insured Priority Mail usually takes 2-4 business days after an item is shipped. FedEx Ground averages a week or less. First Class Mail takes about a week or less. In practice Parcel Post takes 2-3 weeks to reach its destination, which is usually longer than the post office states.

International shipping is by Priority Mail International, Express Mail International, and on small orders under 4 pounds by First Class Mail International insured through Shipsurance. Postal service is not available to some countries for very large packages like Himstedt dolls, but they can be sent by FedEx or UPS, which is very expensive. We will notify you of the shipping amount.
